INTERACTIVE MAP: TAPS extends its reach domestically and beyond

TAPS academy, Teen And Police Service, has succeeded in improving relationships between at-risk youth and local law enforcement in the areas where they’ve implemented the program. The Houston-based program is expanding its reach with new partner cities kicking off in 2016 — and has its sights set on international locations.
