It’s 2016! The New Year is always a fresh start. We make new goals, resolutions, and a lot of us need accountability.  Let’s turn those goals into reality!

What are your goals???
–Maybe you’re wanting to lose the holiday bloat?
–To be active?
–Or wanting to create the best version of you for your kids or your spouse?

Well NOW is the perfect time to get started….

This group will provide you with:

-Working one-on-one with a coach and a group of others on the same mission in a “closed” FB accountability group
-Monthly, on-campus weigh in’s (8am-10am in UHCL Fitness Room)

-A complete meal plan and grocery lists

-Yummy recipes
-Shakeology protein shakes (available for purchase-$5)
-At-home or gym workouts

-Motivation, fun & prizes!!

On-Campus Weigh In (dates/times):
Monday, February 15     (8am-10am: Fitness Room)
Monday, March 7            (8am-10am: Fitness Room)
Monday, April 4                (8am-10am: Fitness Room)
Monday, May 2                (8am-10am: Fitness Room)
Wednesday, June 1        (8am-10am: Fitness Room) *Final weigh in
