Counseling Services to host an open house

UHCL Counseling Services invites students to an open house Friday, Feb. 24 from 10 a.m. to noon in SSCB 3.103. At the open house, students will receive information about the free and confidential services Counseling Services offers as well as a behind the scenes perspective of their processes and procedures. There will be tours of the Counseling Services office featuring the new group room and the biofeedback lab/relaxation room. Students will be able to practice mindfulness exercises and experience biofeedback as well as try out the message chair. Refreshments will also be provided.
