UHCL to host 23rd Annual Student Conference for Research and Creative arts

The 23rd Annual Student Conference for Research and Creative Arts will be held April 17-20, 2017 in multiple rooms inside the Bayou Building. The conference is free and open to the UHCL community and public.

Each day of the conference will offer different presentations including student hosted events, oral sessions, poster sessions and performances, such as a mock trial and poetry reading/open mic. For a full schedule of events visit http://prtl.uhcl.edu/student-conference.

The mission of the conference is to “provide students with an initial experience in creating and delivering scholarly and professional presentations, provide a showcase for students to present their original research and creative arts projects in a professional forum, and enhance classroom experiences by facilitating interaction within and across disciplines.”

Visitors may pick up a parking pass at the conference registration table in the Bayou Building.
