- “They updated as they had information and it was clear what was happening.”
- “Timely alerts were sent out regarding closing, status, and opening procedures. Excellent job of providing support to students, faculty, and staff afterwards as well. Great job UHCL! #UHCLStrong”
25% said No
- “Response was too delayed when students needed to know information about classes, financial aid and more. I understand it was an emergency, but I saw students asking UH main campus about UHCL, and that shouldn’t happen. I think we need to be more proactive the next time around.”
