Today is the Texas Primary Election and below is a handy guide to the basics of voting. Polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. across the state to ensuring both people who work in the morning and the evening have the opportunity to have their voices heard. The outcome of the primaries will indicate whos names will appear on the Mid-term elections Nov. 6th, 2018.
