ADVERTISING CONTRACTS:
All new advertisers must complete and sign The Signal’s Advertising Contract at least one week prior to the ad run date in order to ensure publication of the advertisement. Click on the link below to download The Signal’s Advertising Contract.

ADVERTISING DEADLINES:
The deadline to reserve advertising space is two weeks prior to the publication date by noon. The deadline to receive all ad material (artwork and copy) is one week prior to publication by noon.

ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS:
The Signal offers a variety of display ad sizes, in both black and white and full color. The Signal uses a five-column format and charges $9.00 per column inch for black and white ad sizes other than those specified in the rate card and $9.50 per column inch for full-color ads.

Acceptable ad formats include: .jpg, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .psd, .ai
Please include all images and fonts used in the ad.

Advertisements not designed by The Signal staff and not requiring editing will not receive proofs prior to publication. Ads that require editing will receive one proof prior to publication unless otherwise specified.

The Signal offers advertising design services for a $30 minimum fee in addition to the cost of the ad. Advertisements created by The Signal staff include one re-design and two ad proofs prior to publication. Additional proofs and redesigns are subject to an additional $50 fee. Prepayment is required for all new advertising accounts. Payment must be received by noon seven days prior to the publication date. Tear sheets and ad invoices are sent out the day the ad is published.
