Interested in data visualization, digital technologies, and/or humanities? Be sure to check out the Humanities and Technology pre-conference and camp Nov. 3-4. Open to people of all experience levels and backgrounds.
Pre-Conference session Nov. 3 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Rafia Mirza will discuss planning for digital humanities projects in classes
- Claude Willan will speak about the ethics of data visualization
- Sylvia Fernández Quintanilla and Maira E. Álvarez will discuss the Borderlands Archives Cartography project
- Christal Seahorn will review her findings from text-mining Shakespeare
